Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. Overview

NextGen Analytics Academy ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or send an enquiry about our live Power BI training, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to this website and to enquiries made through it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, such as Google Forms or WhatsApp.

2. Who we are

NextGen Analytics Academy is a career-focused training academy offering live, online Power BI programs. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we act as the data fiduciary for the personal information you submit to us.

3. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to enquiries.

  • Enquiry details you submit through our Google Form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred batch or timing, how you heard about us, and any optional message you add.
  • Contact and conversation details when you email, call or message us, including your contact details and the content of the conversation.
  • Limited technical information that our hosting provider may process automatically, such as your IP address, browser or device type, and the pages you visit. This is used for security, reliability and to keep the site working. This website does not create user accounts.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and share program details and schedules.
  • To arrange calls or messages, follow up on your enquiry, and answer your questions.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.
  • To keep records and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Consent and legal basis

Where required, we process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the enquiry form or by contacting us and asking for information. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing we have already carried out, and we may still need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Google Forms and other service providers

Enquiries are collected through a Google Form. Google stores the responses in our Google account and processes them on our behalf as a service provider. Google's own privacy policy applies to its processing. We may also use email, WhatsApp, and website hosting providers to run our operations; they process only the limited data needed to provide those services.

Some providers may process data outside India. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. We do not share personal information with anyone else except where you ask us to, where it is needed to provide the service, or where the law requires it.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Your browser or hosting provider may process basic technical logs as described above. The Google Form and WhatsApp open on third-party sites with their own cookie and privacy practices; please review their policies. If we add analytics or tracking later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

8. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, follow up on your enquiry, and maintain reasonable business records. After that, we delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including restricting access to enquiry responses and keeping our accounts and devices secure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete information we no longer need;
  • withdraw consent to processing;
  • raise a grievance about how we handle your information.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@nextgenanalyticsacademy.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority.

11. Children

Our programs and this website are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change our enquiry process or the services we use. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Please review this page before submitting an enquiry.
